Return and Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy
We aim to provide a high-quality learning experience. If you are not satisfied or unable to attend a webinar, please review our refund policy below.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase.
Refunds are only granted if the user has not accessed or attended the webinar.
If a user has attended the webinar (fully or partially), no refund will be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
Failure to attend a webinar without prior notice.
Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session).
Poor internet connection or technical issues on the user’s side.
Dissatisfaction due to personal preferences rather than service quality.

3. Rescheduling and Booking Modifications
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule:
You may request to transfer your booking at least 24 hours before the webinar.
Rescheduling is allowed once per purchase at no additional cost.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated.

4. Canceled Webinars by FinVision Webinars
If a webinar is canceled by FinVision Webinars, participants will be offered:
A full refund, or
An option to attend the same webinar on a different date.
We will notify users as early as possible in case of a cancellation.

5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Technical Issues and Customer Support
If you experience technical difficulties preventing you from accessing the webinar, please contact us immediately.
If the issue is on our side, we will reschedule you for another session or offer a refund.
If the issue is on your side (e.g., poor internet connection), we will try to assist but cannot guarantee a refund.

7. Payment Processing and Refund Timelines
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (typically 7-10 business days).
If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact us for further assistance.
